Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup canned salmon no salt, in water
  • 1 tablespoon cooked quinoa or rice
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon plain Greek yogurt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mash all ingredients together and press into a muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool and add a Greek yogurt “frosting” swirl on top.
