  • ¼ cup plain pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oat or rice flour

  • Shape into a mini cake or press into a ramekin.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Cool, then top with a heart-shaped piece of chicken or a dollop of tuna.
